For over a decade, Dr. Judy has led 7000+ patients to a heightened state of wellbeing through the use of Naturopathic Medicine—an approach that seeks out the root cause of disease and dysfunction and activates the healing power of the body through integrative therapies.
After many years in this field, she recognized that as her patients felt better, they also wanted to look better, resolve a variety of lingering skin issues, and age more gracefully. This is what inspired her to create The Vitality Spa–where skin care aesthetics take the healing process one step further and bring vibrancy and vitality back to the appearance of the body’s largest organ.
In her own journey to heal acne scars and hyperpigmentation, Dr. Judy found the most effective, modern day skin care practices and technology on the market and has brought them together in the first 360-integrative med spa in the United States.

Dr. Monson is passionate about aesthetics and aging gracefully. Through research and self discovery, she deeply understands the connection between the skin and the overall health of the patient. In that which manifests on the skin, the root of the problem is often found in gastrointestinal health, hormone imbalances, and environmental toxins.
This is why she specializes in these concepts with her patients. Her goal is to treat both the inside, and outside of the patient to slow the aging process, rejuvenate the skin, and provide natural and long lasting results.
She is highly trained and skilled in injecting neuromodulators such as Botox, natural fillers, microneedling, as well as administering laser therapy both safely and effectively. Soon, she will be adding PDO threading for common skin concerns such as wrinkles, poor skin integrity, and to boost natural collagen production.
NICOLE DAGENAIS

Nikki is both a Licensed Esthetician and a Certified Laser Technician. She completed her Aesthetics program from Douglas J. Aveda Institute in June 2015. After her Aesthetics program she took a Laser Course at Midwest Laser Institute to follow her dream of becoming a Medical Aesthetician. Nikki began her career in medical aesthetics in November 2015. She has always been passionate about the beauty industry and loves helping others to look and feel their best from the inside out. The most rewarding part of her career is helping others get their confidence back!
Nikki was born and raised in Michigan and moved to Arizona in January 2018. In an effort to further advance her career, she enrolled at the National Laser Institute and became a Certified Laser Technician. Nikki loves connecting with her patients and customizing individual treatment plans in order to deliver the most dramatic and long-lasting results possible.
